Upcoming week!

1315403[2]Next Sunday, November 3, I’ll be holding 3500 Warwick Drive #21 open from 2-4 pm.  You can see more pictures of it under my featured listings to get an idea of the property, but be sure to come for an actual visit!  I’ll give you my opinion on some ideas to make it your own.  This unit has been very well cared for and with a little effort, you can make some changes that will turn this into a super property. There are great bones here and a great Landsdowne location!

Also, I’ll be listing a great new home in Bryant Oak Park.  Hmmm…bet you could walk to the new Costco from there!

Real Estate Websites

Those of you who have known me for some time, know that I long had an interactive real estate website that allowed my clients to search for homes straight from my site.  I had lots of information about the home buying process, listing your property and community information.  When I started my site: www.moving2centralky.com, there weren’t many options for consumers to find the sort of information that I posted on my site.  Since that time almost nine years ago, the internet climate for real estate has changed dramatically.  Now sites from Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads et cetera abound and my own brokerage, Bluegrass Sotheby’s International Realty has a fantastic website that lists all of the properties Central Kentucky has to offer for sale in addition to beautiful photos of our own featured listings.  There really is minimal need for me to maintain a separate website that duplicates the services that you can find elsewhere.  What I hope you will find here in the time to come is more specific information about some of my personal listings as well as links and info that direct you to good information and good things about my Bluegrass home.
